Anthony F. Gigliotti is a tech industry veteran, an entrepreneur, and a father of nine. Born in 1946 into a tight-knit Italian-American family, Anthony’s life has been defined by the pursuit of the American Dream, a journey that took him from the structured boardrooms of the world’s largest tech giants to the founding of his own award-winning software firm.
Anthony’s career was forged in the "Golden Age" of corporate integrity. He began at IBM in 1969, where he mastered "The IBM Way": a culture of professionalism, white shirts, and absolute accountability. He later spent 14 years at Xerox, rising to District Manager overseeing five branches and 100+ employees. In 2004, he founded Autonomic Software, leading the company to become a McAfee Partner of the Year and a winner of InfoWorld’s Product of the Year.
